Slam Dunk Software LLC ("we," "us," "our") builds and operates software and applications for our clients and their members. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, including for our SMS text messaging program.
We collect information provided directly by users of our products, which may include name, email address, mobile phone number, and information needed to operate the product you use. We collect only what is needed to provide our services.
We use your information solely to operate and support our products: to create and verify accounts, deliver account verification codes, send service-related and program messages, and provide the features you use. We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell it.
Certain Slam Dunk Software products (for example, our team and membership apps such as "Bangin' 3's") send SMS text messages. By entering your mobile phone number in the applicable app and requesting a verification code, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Slam Dunk Software LLC and the app you joined, including one-time account verification codes, reminders, and announcements.
No mobile information is ever shared. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, text messaging opt-in, or SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates under any circumstances.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from text messages, or reply HELP for help. You may opt in only by entering your own mobile number in the app; we never obtain numbers from third parties.
We use trusted service providers strictly to operate our products, for example cloud hosting and databases, SMS delivery (Twilio), and email delivery. These providers process data only to provide their service to us and are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing. As stated above, SMS opt-in consent and mobile information are never shared for marketing purposes.
Your information is stored securely with our infrastructure providers and retained for as long as needed to provide the service. You may request removal of your information at any time by contacting us.
